Beneth Arceneaux is a native of Loreauville, LA and currently resides in Broussard, LA. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She then headed to LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA where she received her Master of Physical Therapy in 2001. She became a Licensed Athletic Trainer in 2003. Beneth was first introduced to Pilates after having her daughter. She fell in love with it and never looked back. She started Pilates training in 2010, becoming a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor in 2011, and receiving her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2015. By fixing her own ailments after her pregnancy she is able to relate to her clients and patients challenges along their journey. Beneth is very passionate about pilates and educating people about their bodies and how to incorporate what they learn into their daily life. As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, she has an extensive background in the treatment of sports injury, orthopedic conditions, treatment of the spine, as well as rehabilitating the elderly. She brings lots of life and energy to her class. She is always looking for a new challenge to tackle and enjoys teaching people of all fitness levels. In her PT setting, she approaches her patients with a pilates base which in turn transitions them into a Pilates lifestyle. She strives to offer her clients a beneficial and enjoyable experience every time they come in.
Kayla Vice is a native of Youngsville, Louisiana. She attended Comeaux High School and was very active in sports and exercise. She received an athletic scholarship to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for track and field. As a collegiate pole vaulter, she won the Sun Belt Conference Championship in 2007. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelors of Science. She is a mother of four and was introduced to Pilates through Beneth in 2011. She has been working alongside Beneth learning about pilates and understanding the movement of the body and how it works. By doing this she has learned how to correct her own body and incorporate the benefits of Pilates.
Judice is a native of New Iberia, LA currently residing in Youngsville, LA. She holds degrees in Physical Therapy Assisting, Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management. Kimberly began studying Pilates as a continuing education course in 2006 and fell in love with the practice. She is a Certified Pilates Mat instructor and is working towards her comprehensive certification. She currently works as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a long-term care facility, but, has been training under Beneth to incorporate Pilates into Physical Therapy treatments as well as develop safe routines for Pilates-based classes. Kimberly currently graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification course from Zingara teacher training, an Austin based company that strongly emphasizes safety in their teaching methodology. Kimberly hopes to one day pursue a career teaching Pilates and yoga so that she can share the many benefits of these practices with others.
