Beneth Frame is a native of Loreauville, LA and currently resides in Lafayette, LA. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She then headed to LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA where she received her Master of Physical Therapy in 2001. She became a Licensed Athletic Trainer in 2003. Beneth was first introduced to Pilates after having her daughter. She fell in love with it and never looked back. She started Pilates training in 2010, becoming a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor in 2011, and receiving her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2015. By fixing her own ailments after her pregnancy she is able to relate to her clients and patients challenges along their journey. Beneth is very passionate about pilates and educating people about their bodies and how to incorporate what they learn into their daily life. As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, she has an extensive background in the treatment of sports injury, orthopedic conditions, treatment of the spine, as well as rehabilitating the elderly. She brings lots of life and energy to her class. She is always looking for a new challenge to tackle and enjoys teaching people of all fitness levels. In her PT setting, she approaches her patients with a pilates base which in turn transitions them into a Pilates lifestyle. She strives to offer her clients a beneficial and enjoyable experience every time they come in.
